Information we collect
JSS Labs collects information you provide directly, such as your name, company, industry, email address, phone number, and message content, when you submit a contact form or contact us by email. We do not use behavioral advertising on this website.
How we use your information
Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether JSS Labs products fit your workflow. We do not add you to an automated marketing list without consent. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, email, security, and other service providers to operate this website and respond to inquiries. These providers receive only the information needed to perform those services.
Data retention
Inquiry data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the relevant business conversation, meet legal obligations, and protect our services. You may request deletion by contacting sam@jsslabs.com.
Product-level data
Data processed through JSS Labs products, including Myla, is governed by separate agreements between JSS Labs and the deploying organization. If you interact with Myla as an end user, the deploying organization is responsible for describing the applicable data practices and obtaining required permissions.
