Why we started
The hardest work often lives between the software and the people.
Calls arrive after hours. Requests need three systems. Staff repeat the same questions while higher-value work waits. Existing software stores the information, but it rarely carries the conversation all the way to a finished action.
JSS Labs builds for that gap. Myla began in dental because the workflows are demanding: identity matters, schedules are live, emergencies are real, information is sensitive, and a false confirmation is unacceptable.
That pressure shaped the product. Myla is designed to act, to show its work, and to know when to stop.
